Nancy Skender-Medendorp is the owner and founder of Skender Medical Consulting, Inc. She is a Life Care Planner, HIPAA Educator and a Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant. Nancy is a Registered Radiologic Technologist, and has graduated from the University of Florida’s Medipro Program for Life Care Planning & Medicare Set Aside Allocations. She also earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Studies. Nancy has several years experience as a Health Care Consultant and Advisor. She also has over 13 years experience as a clinical Radiologic Technologist. Nancy has accumulated many years of medical administrative experience at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois while serving as Senior Director and later Vice President of the Women’s Health & Clinical Services. The departments reporting to Nancy included EEG and Sleep Lab, Endoscopy, Laboratory, Nursery, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, P.E.T. Center, Pharmacy, Medical Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Respiratory Care, Radiation Oncology, and the Women’s Health Center.

In her past positions, Nancy has been described as a leader who was innovative, energetic and reliable. She researched and developed new programs and services to meet the needs of patients, physicians and the community. Throughout her professional career Nancy has been able to bring diverse groups together to achieve quality outcomes. Nancy’s broad clinical and management experience, formal education and caring attitude ensure a positive experience for those that she serves.
