Medicare Set-Aside Allocation Services

• Review medical records to determine if the applicant needs a Medicare Set-Aside Allocation included in the settlement of a case

• Prepare assessments to provide insurance companies with necessary information used to evaluate the risk of insuring an applicant for future medical requirements

• Prepare assessments for recommendations concerning an applicant’s appropriate future medical care and related costs

• Prepare assessments regarding applicant’s health history, functional ability and cognitive status

• Development of the Medicare Set-Aside Allocation Assessments Report and presentation of the package to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for approval

Life Care Plans & Future Cost Projections

• Collect and assess data, examinations, interviews and medical records
• Assist insurance companies, self-insured parties, individuals, defense and plaintiff with development of a realistic plan for lifetime needs of disabled parties
• Prepare critiques of plaintiff plans
• Provide expert testimony as needed
• Develop Life Care Plans for the catastrophically injured or the chronically ill
• Develop future cost projections to assist with cases for settlement
